As the new norm of SEBI have made an new rule that when an ipo hits an market then at that time if an retailer invest money in it then the ipo can only draws the money from the account of that shareholders that have alloted the shares by the company.

Due to many complaints about the companies that they don't pay back the money to the investors the SEBI have to this step.This simply helps all the retailers and help them to invest more money at the IPO market.
