Subscription Of Anu's Lab IPO

The IPO of Anu's Lab got subscribed 8.43 times from investors. The issue receives bids for an 3.22 crore shares against the 38.20 lakh shares which were on offer offer. The portion for qualified institutional buyers were subscribed by 3 times and while for non- institutional investors subscribed twenty seven times, according to data given on the NSE.

The portion for retail investors get bids of 10 times for the shares on offer they have.The price band of the issue is been fixed b/w 200 Rs to 210 RS.The company have offered 38,20,000 equity shares For Rs 10 each through 100 per cent book-building process. Anu's Labs works under the sector dealing in the manufacturing of basic, advanced intermediates & fine chemicals and supply it to various drug manufacturers.
